Thanks, can't take credit for the idea though saw someone else on here do them like this and thought it would work well!
I think the empty inside will work well with my bb bonnet.

Nice weather, so fit the morettes today..
Just have to wire indicators in and adjust the alignment and they'll be done.

Ha, Don't tempt me!
I'm not 100% sure what's going to happen with this now, I could carry on throwing money at but I'm sort of itching for a new car (won't be selling this rhough) and can't really save for one if I keep spending on this.

Definitely won't be selling, not worth that much in one piece and don't want to break so will just take it off the road and store it... definitely feel like somthing different now though!

Worst thing about black wheels is when the tyres go brown. Looks bizarre. Not much can be done though.

Major lean head visible in back window only.
They are a bit dirty though as well slightly better when all is cleaned up

I'm doing my rear drums as well, looks horrible when you can see the surface rust behind the wheels.
Morettes look very good with the indicators I see why everyone has them now haha

I've been meaning to do mine for so long just never get round to it, I'm really happy with the morettes I think they suit a lot better than the depo's ever did

Cleaned the old pig today. Last week had the egr valve blanked, camshaft sensor and a crankshaft sensor replaced and car seems to be running nicely again.. Engine Management light still on because of egr being blanked though.
Also finally after nearly two years got rid of the condensation marks on the passenger side left from the door strips being removed and all it took was boiling hot water
Need 4 new tyres soon and want to get a boot popper installed so I can actually open my boot again.

Looking good but seems to have a bit of reverse rake going on which is spoiling it. Got any side on shots? Could just be the angle of all the pics...

It's not just the angle unfortunately, back sits alot lower than the front
