funny you should say that!

going to be dummy building the head etc so i can then cc it and check for clearance issues..... then the head will get the final skim and build.

i have been delayed by 8 bronze valve guides, finding somewhere cheaper than sbd was easy enough, but finding them in the length i wanted wasnt so easy! finally found some tho, so they are fitted.

yesterday i was on the phone to think automotive, should be expecting a package from them on tuesday containing a few goodies:

1 x pace 2 piece dry sump tank
1 x electric water pump controller

and in 2 weeks time

1 x electric water pump

they may get the pump in sooner tho which will be nice!

after that its just hose work....... cant do any of that till the engine is in the car tho....

suppose i could do some more work to the shell, but i dont have time at the minute.

Last time I said '300?' I was told that they are too tame, being that they are off the shelf and these had to be custom made

ive taken a big step back today, was hoping to have the engine all built up and ready to go until I discovered 6 out of my 16 new lifters are faulty

need to wait for more now
