Was it the fibre glass roof that had cracked, or was it just a build up of condensation?

Pipes run through the ceiling and I think the ice had popped off a joint.

Plus condensation, plus evaporation of the leaky door.

Think we're going to whip the door out and pay some proper attention to drainage, it's got more leaks than Wales.

Yes we've provisionally agreed PVS as we have a fairly clear run of other projects and the thing needs finishing.

More hands on deck the better so yeah, we'll be in touch

If you look closely, you can see this man

Rear light wiring now installed, stepped down to 12v via relays so we can have the lovely modern looking lights. Tow hook wiring also present.

No plugs yet on anything, they are on order.

Side markers also measured and drilled, wiring half done but we've lost light now to get back underneath.

Going to find some jobs inside for tonight.

He loves it under there.

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Vehicle battery kill switch fitted so we stop draining those and causing it not to start.

Safe bolted down.

Bit more marker light loom done although the yard was dustier than my chat up lines and windier than my trousers so that needs revisiting.

Friday

Did previously attempt a repair but it was still full of clinker and not air tight, which is less than ideal for an airbox!

Today

Oh hai filler cap

Courier services by Ben G of Essex, many thanks mate.

Bit of work on the skirt for that side now the box behind is staying longer term. That end cap got fitted today but no pics of that.

No idea what the hell we're playing at but we faff about all summer indoors, then when it starts getting cold and wet we move outside.

Got a shower door ordered, discovered today one of the leaf springs has failed so going to do the pair of them, busy busy.
