One question,
Why does a catch tank have a hole for filling?

they dont mate , will have a inlet the you pipe to the engine , a drain plug underneath and the cap on your one is a breathable cap

Draining one is at bottom, breathable cap makes sense I guess
6th Gear rolling, foot down just to build small amount of boost to let off and show dump valve noise.. VIDEO
2nd, 3rd & 4th pull, notice wheel spin in 3rd (lol)... VIDEO
Rolling at 40mph in 4th, foot down, the keen eyed amongst you will notice the boost gauge peak at around 17psi... VIDEO
This was the first video, just started out, checking all the gauges, once the ECU comes off auto-choke the AFR is extremely nice, idle and constant low throttle sees an AFR of 14.3 to about 15.4 which is absolutely bang on the target AFR's, much more confidence from me in the engine now that I've seen it do this... - VIDEO
Dave
*EDIT* - Videos may still be processing on youtube, if it looks ****, give it 5mins.
Found the vids on youtube as the links didnt work on here. Sounds awesome. Makes me wish i could afford to keep my corsa and throw a LET in it in the future. So glad you got it running right and more satisfying from your point knowing you done the work yourself.

Mark,
Glad it is all finally running ok, just remember that modified ecu will not be suitable for that engine specification, you may be able to get the AFR values to a 'safe' position, but the ignition values will be incorrect and I am sure the car will be too noisy to hear detonation.
If you need some where to go on you test drives come over for a visit.
