No i havent but then how much of wales have you ridden ive ridden proper dh black runs just because its manmade doesnt mean some of its less tecnichal as a moutain pass

Been to evans and halfords today, nothing as nice as that £1700 canyon. Anything similar or better for say £2k

If you are going post-a-bike have a look at ghost bikes. One of my mates bought one a bit back and he likes it..

If you want a hard tail get a Bird.
I ride sometimes with the guys that build it which is done a few miles down the road and its a fab bike with great spec and geometry.

its only 130mm travel aswell so only 10 less than the 650b personally the 650b is the better bike you still get an agile fast bike

29ers are fast uphill and down just not quite as agile they do roll well over rocks etc but if it only comes dwon to colours for you then buy the 29er
