Trust me as soon as you hear the bigger boys dump valves and stuff - and seeing cars going down doing sub 15's you then think  shit maybe I won't go down...
last year loads of 1.2's / 1.4's said they would but hardly any actually did. I think I was the only 1.2 to go down the strip but imo it was so much fun!!! lining up, then watching the christmas tree lights thing - and flooring ... it helped that it was a female driving the GSI I raced and her engine was a little bit worse for wear
great fun - I will be doing it again this year, so any 1.2's want a race?

nismo there were non vaux's going down the strip last year... when you get there you just go to an office (near the start line) - sign up, sign a document about understanding risks, pay £12 and they give u a wrist band with 3 'pull off tags' each worth 1 go down the strip ... as you get to the start and start lining up a bloke pulls off one of the tags and you wheelspin or not in my case, then line up and floor it

Yup, between 9 and 10 really.
There's a link to last years pictures on the first page if people want a peek - ew had about 58 cars that car IIRC. Now considering we had over 70 at the National Meet we should easily be able to beat that!
I've had nowhere near enough ticket orders yet and the deadline will soon come around so can people please not leave it too late, otherwise we might miss out on tickets, etc - in other words, pull your fingers out and get in touch ASAP!!
