no, how about a load balancing proxy server?... they have servers all over the world, if the only route that is not full is Scotland then it will go via Scotland... I work for Leeds Learning Network, it's my job to know all about that stuff... and you could probly ring AOL and they will tell you the same as me!

Well to say that Leeds Learning Network is providing internet access for EVERY school in Leeds and EVERY public library in Leeds, it's probly the only Network you can go on in Leeds if you want Free internet access...... and we've not had many complaints yet.
