I want to get another Corsa for my next car, not sure what model as yet. Was gonna get a 1.4 SRi and drop a 2.0 in but I can't be arsed now, so may go for a GSi or 1.6 Sport instead...

what keep it a 1.6 oposed to a 2ltr?

Drive a valver and you will be convinced altho be prepared to spend a fair wodge on it

If its a choice between an EsCos and a Lotus Carlton, just for the fact spares are so scares it would have to be the EsCos. If Carlton bits were a bit more common I'd rather have one!
