its guna cost way more than 750quid, but i say do it

the engines are peanuts to replace and c20xe conversions are just the easy way out,

all very well people saying do somethinf diffrent etc etc

but when your engine blows up and your at the side of the road, i think your start to regret putting a turbo kit on it, as it was "diffrent"

You would be better off fitting a C20LET or Z20LET. At least you'd have an engine that was designed to have a turbocharger, and your car won't blow up as much!

mantzel managed a max of 167bhp out of there road usuable 1.416v, but i spoke to one of the guys who was involved in building it and even he said it was stupid for on road use as all the power was in the high rev range!

i await to take a caining from all the let lads, but i still firmly stick by my moto that if its a turbo, if its not jap its crap!

but at the end of the day its entirely up to you! if you've got the money to invest buying the parts, fitting the parts, maintaing the kit, fixing the kit!

as said its not need for speed that will neeed serious upkeep and lots of tinkering! and for the costs of all that why not go for a valver, or buy something different with the same sort of power like a starlet gt!

up to you though mate,gd luck!
may the force be with you!

buy a honda crx for £750

that'll have same power to weight ratio, (130bhp, lighter than corsa), handle better and very very very reliable.

job done.
