I had something similar with the last bird, she was always texting this lad, then I found some messages and she tried to lie about it, she ended up getting with him after we broke up over several issues, now i'm well over her (i've had shoulder to cry on/holes to whack it in  now I just phone her up to shag her and mess with her head, serves the lying bitch right

I've had something similar too.
It hurt to find out she wasn't the girl I though she was as I never thought she'd be manipulated like that.
Before telling her she was dumped, I told her to tell him that if I saw him out he'd be lucky to just get a broken nose.

Ive actually been on the other side of this. I had a female friend, very good friend, who had a couple of bad days with her boyfriend and came to me to talk. Now, i wont deny the fact i cared for her a hell of a lot, but only as a friend. I was always there for her when she needed me and eventually even managed to convince her to work at the relationship, which she did and it all worked out for her. Next thing i know i am being accused of trying to split them up so i could have her to myself.
Its hard to give advice, most situations are different. Id work really hard mate, make her feel special. Book a hotel and take her for a romantic weekend or something to show her just how much you care about her. Make it clear that as long as he understands he cannot try it on with her then you will let it drop. Its all about compromise, you give a bit, she gives a bit. You let her be friends, she makes it damn clear to him that friendship is where it ends. Id be tempted to get a few mates to have a quiet word in his ear warning him not to try anything. Try making her feel loved and special and she will realise she has all that she needs right at home

From what I see on this board Nismo, you seem to always have problems with your girlfriend. Not sure if its always cause of third parties of because you two just arent right for each other.
If I was you I'd reconsider the relationship very carefully.
