I dont think you have 165ft/lb on a near standard engine, on TBs I think youd struggle to find that torque.

i cant be botherd to read all the posts, but from bits ive picked out

a xe corsa will beat a vr6 to 80, the vr6 have a good top end though

R32'S are not fast, but will beat a corsa to 60 becasue of traction issues

and-m what is your problem??
Il take a picture of my rr printout and we can see!!

What wrong with a RR then, if all the cars are tested the same way surely it must be good indication??

well i'm quite set on a VR6, as said its meant to be a much nicer car to drive/handle/brake etc comes with 280mm discs standard

plus i love the looks of them, am growing out of corsa i think

will want to uprate some bits, and will prob mod it, as they old engines and i think somewhere between 220-260bhp will be quite easy to achieve

i don't really encounter many "racers" on my daily drives, and not many decent roads to race on

will be nice to have some power in a beefy motor that i'm not thinking is gonna break every few months
