Since that night he has been caught out by police as it turned out he was actually driving with no licence and of course no insurance etc and it now on a 3yr ban ! So no fear of him being there

I am part of Surreymodfied and this was put up the other day the bloke is actually from the police so it may be worth bearin in mind for this meet as the barrier may be up by then and this inforcement of towin cars etc:

All I`m afraid that a few people at last weeks unofficial cruise decided to ruin it all for everyone. When a police motorcyclist tried to speak to them about racing in the rear carpark they decided to pelt him with bottles and stones causing minor injury to himself and damage to the Police bike.
In view of that the landowners are installing gates across the rear carpark and only opening a small part of the carpark to the front of BurgerKing. Once these are installed then noone will be allowed into the main part of the carpark. They will be helped to enforce this by Guildford Police. This has also had the effect that Police will have a total zero tolerance to any form of driving offence and will be using vehicle seizure powers under Section59 of the Police Reform Act.
So if anyone happens to know who the drivers and passengers of a silver 3 series BMW, a green Peugeot 106 and a blue Peugeot 106 and the group of onlookers who decided to behave in such an idiotic manner then perhaps you would like to let them know that they have effectively ended a chance of a cooperative approach between cruisers, Police and the landowners and effectively have signed the death warrant for Guildford Cruise
