Yeah with thier mates, not people you dont know... new people register post 1 post then leave coz they have been hurled abuse at... makes a good name for corsasport doesn't it
that's where things went abit pear shaped because the users follow suit and adopt one anothers personality so when they see someone taking the piss, they will do the same - just a vicious circle. Another thing that is aggrevating is users saying all the female members are Joff.

Indeed, but what do you class as genuine? Every single question by every single person or silly questions by new people?
Even silly or simple questions should be treated as genuine, and in the very worst case you might also pass some remark, I've made remarks in the past where I feel people are wide of the mark, if someone says they want to respray their entire car but which way up do you hold the can, the answer is 'you should probably pay someone', not 'shut up you dumb idiot, you have no brain, get out'.

I think CS is mint either way. Never fails to make me laugh. I've been the centre of abuse in the past, so what?
Maybe you should write in the terms of signup that "you're not soft"

Yeah I do, and if the person who it is aimed at is OK with it and doesn't complain or leave, its generally OK.
I just don't like offending newbies, girls or shy people with silly questions.

Girls are particularly disadvantaged. Boys may fall in to categories 1 or 3.

maybe when asking they shud state they only want constructive critiscm (sp) ? i do think sometimes comments can be out of line but at the end of the day if they ask for an opinion someone can say what they think however rude/crude it is but, they shud think about who they're saying it to first.

When i cam to this site a year ago i admit i asked stupid questions that people moan about, but when newbies ask them now i see it as they were in my position and reply accordingly rather than saying "use the fucking search" or phrases likewise.

Basically someone posted a pic of there car then deleted the pic by editing the post because alledgadly (sp) people u2u'ed her nasty messages and now were talking about people generally being unwelcoming to questions that have all ready been asked, at the end of the day think to your self will a new person know about all things like inductions kits etc etc that gets asked loads there just asking what everyone else did when they first joined so IMO give them a break.
