The timing, the size of it and disruption its gonna cause all imply that it could be no accident. Lets hope it was tho and that no-one dies as a result.
Fawley Refinery here has a direct link to Heathrow Airport. Amazing stuff though. Must have been a terrifying Bang!

Oh, and the Met office satellite picture isnt working right now, think too many people are trying to access it!
If it was then why blow it up on a Sunday morning, why not Monday at rush hour so you kill a few people?

if it was planned, its probably to show what they are capable of, as killing folk is probably actually less terrifying than showing millions of people how they could have died, or how it will happen next time

Fucking hell!
I heard a massive bang in my house this morning, I thought something big had fallen down on to the floor somewhere in the house, I didn't realise it was this!
I live in Slough, which is about 30 miles away from Hemel Hempstead.
The sky around here is really dark grey too.

my mum heard it here in wycombe.
she thought it was thunder, but there was no rain or lightning
it's a bit dingy out here, but tbh that could just aswell be fog rather than smoke.
going to leeds this arvo though, so i'll have to plan another route.

Shook our house really bad about 20 miles south.
Weird thing was the shockwave obviously hit first, so the windows started rumbling and vibrating and then you suddenly HEARD 'BOOOOoooomm... and a noise that resembled a very loud thunder' whole house shook.
At the time it was F*cking scary as didn't have a clue what it was, thought a plane had crashed near by or there had been a massive terrorist attack on london. either way would've loved to see footage of the original explosion, for it to reach as far as it did in shock waves and noise it must of been huge!
