why david? the saxo has similar power and weighs less, and on book the 99> saxos are quicker to 60

i used to beat them every frickin time!! and i drove the VTR frequently too. i dont rate them at all coimpared to the corsa.

My mate has one, i driven it the other week and the only thing that surprised me was 3rd gear once you throw it in to that gear...
but im 1.6 kicks its ass all day long and i swaer its not running right either.
One thing about saxo's is that they have lollipops for pedels - there just too damn close!

i didnt know garmin units timed 0-60? also GPS speed update from gps units is not bang on real time, dont forget it has to read a signal from 11 or so satellites, take another reading and work it out, delays the speed readout a bit
when using tomtom i could be accelerating hard and be up to 90ish on the speedo the tomtom would still be catching up and be on like 75 ish

the Garmin unit had software on it that measured 1/4mile times, 0-60, 0-100, 30-70 and also top speed.
from a guy who owned a T5 and they are accurate to within .2 of a second
