This week i have had off on holiday so have been doing things i want and then today i started work on the kadett, its fully stripped inside and everything is off that needs to be apart from windows now so its all gd to go!

Couldnt get many pics as when i went to go do some work on it i couldnt get it out as someone had nicely abandend (sp) a car infront of my garage!

All this filler has been rubbed down now and the middle part in the bonnet has had a second skim and may need more, its got a bloody big dent there!

Wil get some more pics 2morow but at least i have one side done, the bonet nearly done and just have the other side to do, then its a full DA down and then prime the whole thing and rub down then paint it all, hopefully will be painted in a few weeks time when the boss is away and i will be working late at work!

More pics 2morow!

also wanted to do a final skim with dolphin glaze but that seems to of gone off!

with big dents i tend to use some shitty cheap filler for 1st layer, then some ultima plastic padding filer for 2nd layer then skim it all with dolphin glaze and genrally get a gd smooth finish!

if not i juat apply a gd amount of 2k primer!

Pretty much finished it all till i take it to work and DA it all down then prime it all and spray it!

First of the bonnet is finished, just needs a skim of dolphin glaze on it:

Then did a bit dent that was in the quater:

Then the small holes were fiberglassed up and fillered up by the spoiler!
was gona weld them but not really much point as there so small so a bit of filler both sides was ok:

Then the lock holes were welded up from the inside and then fiberglassed over, rubbed down, fillered and rubed back! Lookes good i recon:

Then went about adapting the nova mirrors for it.
Firstly i trialed fitted them and saw where i needed to cut them:

Cut them:

Now they fit pretty well, may need a little bit more cutting but look pretty gd i recon!

All the inside is totally stripped out now!

All the bits from the interior:

And one pic of how the nogo stands at the moment.
she is just carrying around all my parts for the kadett!

And this is what im aiming for, but in a slightly different colour and the wheels will be different!

what you think so far?
