Whilst I value the opinion of one biased car owner with regard to rattles etc, why not look at the Top Gear survey for the opinion of thousands of owners. On Squeaks and Rattles, the Corsa scores a lowly 2/5, the same as the Ignis. Hardly Superior. In fact lets take a closer look at what the owners of these cars think of them.
Corsa / Ignis (Marks out of 5)
Engine / Gearbox Reliability 2 / 4
Electrical Reliability 3 / 5
Brakes / Suspension / Steering 2 / 3
Fit / Finish 3 / 3
Squeaks / Rattles 2 / 2
Performance 2 / 4
Handling 2 / 3
Comfort / Practicality 2 / 3
Customer Care 3 / 4
Ownership Costs 3 / 5
Level on 2 categories, the Ignis winning the other 8, plus overall rating much, much higher.

Grip you annoying me and i even own an ignis and i owned a corsa before they are both good cars, but each to their own some people prefer things to others.
plus a tuned corsa would beat an ignis on a track/1/4 mile as it is a very tunable engine. ALOT better than the ignis engine.

It's amazing the fact you think I'm in any way bothered all I know is that the build quality on my Corsa appears to be better than the many many Suzukis I have driven?
So you can shove Top Gears survey anywhere you feel suitable

The Corsa engine must be better if the remap on the Ignis is so hard to believe...

So there are some Suzuki drivers who aren't muppets then?

This shows how bad your argument is picking up on a Suzuki owners spelling. You need to calm down a bit! Maybe have a cold shower or something. Then never come on corsasport again.
Just a suggestion.

Like I say, the misguided opinion of one ignorant Corsa fanboy Vs the opinion of thousands of Corsa owners. Goes back to my first post and "facts Vs misguided opinion".

Yes but i know a little about engines and stuff just from being on here mostly. Grip just thinks the ignis is an amazing car, but in reality its not. it has no tuning capablitys as of yet, nor styling parts.
but the corsa has so i would say the corsa IS better.

I don't think the Ignis is an amazing car.
Despite what you say, there are tuning and styling options for the Ignis, which is kinda how this thread got started. You didn't know that because you are ignorant of facts.
Also, you say the Corsa is better because it has tuning and styling parts. What a foolish statement. I was under the impression that build, handling, ride and performance had something to do with whether a car is good, but apparently if Halfords sell tacky parts that fit, that would make a good car in your eyes.

Did you know that "Ignis Sport" is an anagram of "Grip Is Tons"?
And that Leon Cupra" is an anagram of "One Ul Crap"

Anyway, this thread has gone a bit off topic. To clarify, some clueless and braindead Corsa fanboys say that because their poor cars have poor engines, the Twin-Cam Vvt 16v engine in the Ignis Sport couldn't possibly be remapped to the values clearly seen in multiple dyno printouts. The Corsa owners were wrong. End of.
