any car will run better on high octane fuel, but a car straight from the factory designed in the uk with a standard map should not have flat spots when run on normal UL, thats just crap

it wont, it monitors the fuel and retards the ignition depending on the octane rating of the fuel, it wont give flat spots, just will feel flatter acceleration wise from my expirence

it's got washers built into the front bumper which are a legal requirement of xenon lights... imo it has them on the car

The xenons have a completely round indicator instead of the standard semi-circle type affair on the regular headlight.

The little washer covers are on all the bumpers.. even ones without xenons..
They are just not used if standard lights are installed.

All VXR's have the holes in the bumper for the washers.
255bhp = 275lb ft sounds about right for an exhausted VXR. Make around 15-20bhp with a CAT back system alone!!!! As said, can be done under warrenty, if you have miltex.
You can also go to TMS (Thorney Motorsport) who have been approved by VX to do the work under warrenty as well. They've got IMO the best map for the VXR's as well.
