The chassis numbers are all in place.

P.S. When are you coming to collect the car? I need it gone pronto otherwise it's going to get burried in hey and you wont see it for a year

ed - Steve told me that were coming to get it this sunday morning with his mate with a trailor

Jambo - What steve didnt tell people when he sold it was it has low compression in cylinder 3 and only around 60psi in cylinder 2. Something isnt right, so im going to rebuild it to be on the safe side

are you related to eel? Its easy to get insurence on things when your over 21
And i may put one or two touches on the car, jus so people know that its thunders engine

still dont realli know what the problem is as theres no mayo on the filler cap. So currently im thinking piston/compression rings. Any other ideas?

cylinder 2 has about 60psi an cylinder 3 isnt much better. I dont think that is periodic maintainance....

It's worn piston rings. It's tuned. It's a dodgy old vauxhall engine and it's probably done about a million miles. It could do with a re-build

Right progess:

I HAVE THE CAR (finally)

Arrived on wednesday thanks to steves mate russ
Had to charge the battery as it was as flat as a pancake.



theres nothing in the interior as you can see





rear disk axle



and the reason i bought it









and can anyone tell me why the AFM pipe goes this way round when everyone elses goes the other way round?







order the engine crane for saturday so the engine will be ripped out then by myself and a couple of mates

because it has some fancy kkk turbo, the inlet is at a funny angle from what i remember..

btw theres a good chance its a kkk26 ie regal race spec

yea steve told me that it was probs a kkk26. Gunna have to try and make the AFM fit the usuall way as i think it looks funny
