well due to getting carried away with it i forgot to take many pics but here goes

fitted coilovers and brakes back on after a bit of messing with the camber
think its ok

engine was then finished off and took it for a spin down the road

cam back to find a nice oil leak

now this took me the best part of 2 days to find and was pissing me well off
after thinking it was the rockercover and taking it off 6 times i finaly realised it was the inlet cam seal
took it all to bits again and sorted it, well i hope anyway

really pleased at how clean the insides of the engine have come up after all being acid dipped, hoping my oil will stay gin clear for ages now

finaly finished it off to day, took it to work and set the tracking and gave it a bit of a clean what do you think

added a few new bits like whiteline arb and depos, thanks dave

still gotta do a bit of cleaning up in the engine bay sorting wires etc but is about done, for now any way

oh nearly for got got my phase 3 chips, saab reds and fuel press reg to go in soon. gunna give it a few weeks to find any niggles first tho

well thought id better update a bit

well fitted me chips in it now and fuel pressure reg

went to go dyno it to check the fueling was only running 12psi as i didnt want it too melt as i wasnt sure on the fuel pressure reg

few pics

few pics of my mate turbo on they dyno.
he works for powertec engineering who build the radical race cars, he runs the dyno which comes in handy

few pics of the work shop

well i made 204 bhp and 197 ft/lbs both at the wheels

my mate made 172bhp and 170 ft/lbs at thw wheels

i was happy with that fuelling was a bit lean for my liking so borrowed a gauge from work and upped the boost a bit more and it has made it alot faster now but my clutch doesnt agree with it tho

also fitted an uprated acutator and changed my wheels over while i paint my other white

next plans are to get an f28 and a helix sport clutch, and with my birthday coming up soon it shouldnt belong before i get them

mmm may be mines a bit more then
im not too keen on the front bumper but its functional, i can move the number plate back up still tho.

really really need a better clutch tho. boot it in 5th and it will slip as soon as it comes on boost.
