Looking amazing now with the lights and black wheels, works very well
Getting the kit sprayed at TABS was a very wise choice, top work.

Bought some V6 brakes because the standard ones are rubbish. Got onto fitting those today along with braided hoses:
The difference in size of calipers, the ones ontop are the old ones:

Did you clean the hub before putting them on?
It sounds like they're not on straight, if that makes sense?....

anything more than a firm foot and it judders like crazy. Cant see them being warped, they were never used before i had them. Wheels were balanced not long ago and were fine before i fitted the brakes

Ive bled the brakes properly tonight - rear left, front right, rear right , front left and there seems to be alot of pedal travel. I heard this was normal with these brakes on the 1.6 master cylinder?

Seems to be luck of the draw with pedal travel TBH, there doesn't seem to be a pattern. All the master cylinders are the same part too apparently, unless you have ABS.
Have you got enough brake fluid to bleed them again? IIRC, I did mine a couple of times.
Cheers for the link too

should have, ive read through old posts about V6 brakes and noticed alot of people suffered with the pedal travel shite. My main concern is the juddering so ill get onto that tomorrow
no problem

Had a look at the NS disc and i believe it is warped slightly so ive swapped back to the 256mm which are quite good really. Im going to get my brother to put the disc on a lathe to see how far out it is but im not fucking happy considering they're new

also ur brake pedal is very spongy, also i think u have a dodgy earth somewhere as once it sounded like the battery was dead and wouldnt start but turned it off and then turned it again and it started no problem, bit weird!

brake pedal has always been like that. Ive been messing about with one of the brake hoses and probably let abit of air into the system. Ive had that happen before. It's not an earth fault, just when you try and start the car straight after pressing the immob. button.

anyway. Graeme smoothed over the wiper hole and resprayed the bottom part of the boot as it was a complete mess:
Couldnt find anywhere to put the torque wrench so taped it to the rear brace
