Did it have a manual fuel pump? Were they drum brakes all round aswell?

Not sure whether the fuel pump was mechanical or not James. I presume it had drum brakes as even F1 cars did back then, and i'm sure i've seen drums on the cars i've seen.

Jaguar XJR Racing 500 Eddition decatted with reworked twin superchargers and custom exhaust (from some jag tuning companies)

Closely followed by the sound of a full on GT40 Le Mans car

Absolutely mental to think just looking at the stats, F1 was so much different back then so raw.

I can get the sound to work if I search the result I want on You tube in a new window. Weird.

I want a MK I Escort, or a MK II Escort with a space framed front end and X-Pack RS2000 kit with flip front, with a BRM V16 engine installed.

Most 60-80s F1 cars sound awesome, BRM H16s sound amazing. I love the way the old cars wail.
