We turned up a minute late and they were gifted a goal. By rights should have being 0-0.
Apollo 6 again tonight. We apear to have 2 subs, which is a first.

One of our better games actually, we defended well and kept them marked for pretty much the whole game. Can't really fault anything from our performance as we all kept sharp throughout and passed the ball well.
Shame we got a goal against us last week, that may have finished us off.

C/M/R 0-1 Astro Villa
Another hard fought game against C/M/R, it was pretty much like the first time we played them and I thought we would get a goal less draw tonight. a lot of running around and I'm quite tired lol. A player we drafted in got us a goal. Later they got a free kick just outside the area as we brought one of their players down, I really thought that was going to be the equaliser. We held on for the win though and hopefully we can finish above bottom place!

Game 17 in the Cup - Other team didn't show up, given 3-0 win.

Astro Villa 2-1 Gear 4 Music
We had 2 subs tonight and the lad that went to Newcastle is back for the week so he played too. I started off as a sub. We went 1-0 down when of our players gently passed the ball back to the keeper and one of their players got it and tapped it in. We got one back shortly after and I didn't bother going on as they were pushing forward all the time and had a few shots. Second half I came on in midfield and made a few clearances. We continued to go forward and get the ball off them. We got another goal, scored by our main goal scorer and I had a shot on target too. Surprising how fast the second half went.
We need one of the other teams to loase tonight for us to go 9th. Theres still a chance we can stay up if that happens and we win and draw I think.

Astro Villa 2-0 Mikes Monsters
Another win tonight, we kept pushing forward and I think all of us had a shot on goal during the first half, some hitting the post. James sat out the first half and I came off for him at half time. 2 goals were scored within minutes of the second half starting! Another half dozen shot were taken and the other team had a look in, a far cry from the first time we played them. I didn't really contribute a lot apart from a few clearances and a shot in the first half though!

To top it off, the lad who started the team and effectively manages it - rings round, collects money, has contact with Football Mondial has said today that he won't be playing next season and has joined another team!
He said he'd consider staying if someone else took over it all. I'm currently down as his assistant!

Astro Villa 1-0 Magnet Allstars
Magnet again and we managed to turn up on time this time! Me and James sat the first half out. Almost immediatley a player from each team collided and fell to the floor, the ref told one of their players who was walking over to get back! I don't think anything was going to happen! They got a free kick and it went over. James (keeper) made a good save after that too. Magnets shot on goal were just as bad this time around too, we got the ball off them easily. Couple of chances and 2 good shots on goal. Me and James came on in the second half. There were a few corners to them that we cleared no problems, I made a few clearences from midfield, I spent most of the second half marking and running! I made a good pass later on which went to waste. I then ran with one of our players, he went for glory and scored. Towards the end I chased one of their players down who was running with the ball back to the keeper. I never made it in time then the whistle went. Had Ben mouthing off again so much easier to mouth off when you're watching!
One games left, not sure if I'm going to bother next season. Not really worth the hassle with people not commiting, mouthing off and sulking when we lose. Plus I'm the only one who can drive.

we have the top two sides to play for the last game and unless gear4music lose we will be down
might be alot easier for you in that league and string a few wins up makes alot of difference
