Well nice
If you go for the single headlamp don;t get the silver trim around it as above it's too overpowering with the single lamps imo.
Chin will look much better and the rear lights you should go for option c imo, too red will look daft on red and the ones with the totally clear top look a bit cheapskate.

My little bonnet stay clip arrived today, well worth the £3 it cost me. I'll get a pic when it's fitted, it's a bit boring to look at though

Duckbill has arrived, it's not a genuine part, I assumed it would be (even though the auction didn't say so) so I hope it fits well or I'll have to find a genuine one
Still, if it fits, it'll look great.

I like it.
The smoked & red rear lights would look fairly cool. Something to break up the red without standing out like those clear & red ones do.

Pick up the car Monday afternoon/early evening, so the duckbill will be fitted either then or Tuesday.
I'll also be fitting a head unit and about 5 immobilisers/steering locks/wheel clamps etc
Hopefully the rear badges and the other bits will have arrived by then too.

I got the badges from Germany as they were about 1/3 of the price.
Some sellers will send (quite a lot now, as they can make a few quid on the postage) and some of them even list in GBP instead of Euros.
If you find something on there, make sure the auction says 'Nach Großbritannien' in the 'Versandkosten' section, then you're ok.
I think ebay.de only displays items which can be sent to the UK if you're browsing from the UK anyway (or the ones with English writing maybe), as only a small amount of the things come up, but if that happens, you can go to the little blue writing across the top and go back to the last section, when all the items show up.
The duckbill was from the UK though as I couldn't find a translation for it that worked

I'm bidding on a chrome surround one on ebay at the moment as the red one I was watching has gone up to about £60 plus P&P, I'm the only bidder on the chrome one with less than 2 hours left
The thing I desperately need really is a good driver's seat.
Then it'll be time to throw some money at it for some coilovers and stuff
Are you going to the e38 show Paul? could meet up then maybe?

Excellent. I'm about 10 miles away so might nip up when you're nearly there, then me, you and Alex can find somewhere to take some pics if he's up for it, depending on the time and weather too.
