except banni because he doesnt want people knocking on his door trying to get their money back.
Banni doesnt seem to care anyway, I have filed a claim for my money back, he has failed to provide a registered office or address of business so I have had no choice but to tell the issuing court that he has failed to provide a new address and they have informed me they will just continue with the claim and if he doesnt turn up on the date then he will default his right to appeal, if that happens then I can send in bailiffs, either way his credit rating is going to be affected, all because he wont answer his phone or provide an address.

Read the website as I've said for the 3rd time as to why the 0844 number is not on.
I do not have a registered "Business Office" purely for the type of business it is which is "online services" therefore one is not needed.
I think everyone is getting bored of you making things up, winging about the service when it's blatently there.
Then again a thanks may be in order as I've had 2 more sales since this post has been seen and 1 pending payment.
As i've said to you in a U2U as you seem to want the domain releasing, go through Nominet like the carry on I had to do to get your domain on my servers. I'm sure they will move it for you if you prove your address / name and pay the transfer fee, once again, like I did, and did not ask you to pay this.
On that note - stick to u2u if you want to keep winging although i'd preffer you didnt, what you see is the most information I will give as that is all on the business as I've explained previously.
Also a reminder - We're awaiting Marv to delete this thread as the main reason it was opened shall be resolved very shortly as he's been informed and arranged.

yes, there is a site there awaiting content, banni dissapeared for months and did nothing with the site in which time I had gone to a proper company that have designed a fully working website and sorted the content within 14 days, so far it has taken banni over 6 months..... it took this thread for him to answer to his total lack of service.
