i havent declared any mods and dont think i will. if i crash ill take them off.
only thing i would declare is engine conversions not small modifications like induction kits and backboxes.
Please stop driving on the road with those of us that actually bother to drive legally. Invalid insurance is no better than not bothering at all.

I have been insured with Quinn for several years and i know for a fact that they dont mind modifications on the car as they dont increase your premium. But that doenst mean that you shouldnt tell them about them

I'll call them tomorrow morning then about my mods which is what, Astra alloys, full exhaust system, cd player, and a sub. So they should be fine with that right?

i would declare the remap.if it costs too much extra to insure then put that money you would of spent on the remap towards paying off your loan on the car if you have got 1.then get the remap next year if you can afford the insurance then because you will have and extra years no claims so should be cheaper.you will prob appreciate the remap more the as well.

you should have phoned first. if theyre not, you will have to get insurance elsewhere.
