Deadlocks in Corsa B's have prone to failing. This is normally characterised by a 'floppy' or loose lock. The parts you need from Vauxhall are:
90540614 - dead lock ring
9120412 - a small barrel type thing

All the chain driven engines (1.0 12v, 1.2 16v) are prone to noisy chains after less than 100k miles (Vauxhall replacement mileage). This noise makes it sound like a diesel and is rather annoying. A fix for this is a new chain.

Shouldnt think it would start is as corsa b's after 94 or whatever had an imobaliser so this would stop it unless the key was in a turned as well

the lower arms on a gsi are longer than on a sport, thus proving that gsi suspension set up is slightly different to a sport, regardless of whether it says they are the same. (possibly wider track on a gsi?)
