Yep weekend away is an excellent idea....Free comps are good for the site and giving that little bit back to members.

I vote for weekend away. So what if you're single? Go by yourself or take a friend or even chip in some more money and get a group to go.

I have spoke to Ian about arranging possibly a 2 night stay at my work for the winners. Why dont you all have a look and let me know if you think this would be something that would interest you all.

Understandably it would be a fair drive for some however it would be worth it and we all love driving so why not?!
Look forward to hearing what you all think.

Scotland wouldn't be tooo bad. I fancy a culture shock tbh and I'd get the train. Haven't paid for the holiday.
Sat nav would be a better option imho, but, I'm saying that because I don't have one. A lot of people do, so will prevent them from joining. Where as most people will go on many holidays, given the chance.

I agree with deano! A satnav with european coverage would be a quality prize!

That place looks fabulous, will make a great prize. I'm just gutted I can't enter!
Sat nav is also a good idea and will most likely feature in a future comp.
I've also had some good suggestions from Dave A regarding how he can help us out, which is also very welcome, either parts or services at his place. Obviously where distance is an issue, posted stuff will make an appropriate alternative.
No reason why this couldn't be a regular thing!
