I said he'd go for the 3 of them in the middle, no Alonso though
I wonder how well that's gonna work.
San jose btw

Good point in highnside but really could have taken 3! chelsea offered nothing in front of goal

I can't believe united's performance today, it was shocking
Ronaldo should have been taken off, the badger wasn't interested in the game and made very little effort, if a player plays like that they should get taken off no matter who they are

I was fairly pleased with that result as without Torres I feared us getting a beating there, but turned out we controlled large parts of the game and they had very few chances. I think if we'd had Torres on the pitch then we could of grabbed one or two goals.
Shows we still need some more quality adding to our attack as you take Torres away and you are left with a load of shite tbh. Hopefully money will be made available in the summer for this.
Also Skittles had a great game at the back for us. Looks great in the tackle and also on the ball.
Tom - San Jose is a really young Spanish CB. Have watched him in the reserves a lot this season and he looks really promising.

Nice to have some positives to talk about for once
Still wonder what we'll do about attackers, can't see us getting rid of all three tbh
Will keep my eye on san jose

Yup, has been a while where the positives in a game outweight the negatives. Torres is meant to be fit for next weekend too, so should see him have a little run out in the FA Cup and be ready for Inter
Im expecting to see two of the three go. Almost certainly Voronin, and not sure about Kuyt or Crouch. I think Crouch offers something different coming off the bench, but will he be happy with that sort of role if we bring in another top name forward?! He is also the one who will be easier to sell and bring in more cash.
Who knows, we could see all three go and Rafa to play Babel, Torres, one of the youngsters and buy another top name.

we absolutely need him for the inter game
Yeah that all makes sense, I reckon crouch will fancy a move. I think he'll keep hold of kuyt tbh just based on his work rate, he could do ok as an option but yeah crouch does offer something different. I am sick of him wasting all of his chances in front of goal though.
I am still excited by the player babel will hopefully turn into

Yeah if we dont have him for the home Inter game then I dont see us getting though. As we need to win at home and then hopefully try to play for some sort of draw or nicking a goal away.
I'd imagine Crouch will want to leave too, although if he gets a load of games between now and the end of the season he may not...who knows

Crouch yet again proves he is not an international standard striker. The arguement is that he offers something, but that is not nearly enough, I still think if he was good in the air he would be lethal, but for his height he is crappers!

Exactly. Even his link up play has gone down the pan in the last 12months.
He is a good player to have on the bench and to bring on if you need to change things, as he does offer that option, but to start a game as one of the two main forwards - not a chance.

The Chelsea Liverpool game was very boring if im honest, we didn't create a thing and didnt really deserve a win although i am dissapointed we didnt get the three points because the Utd slip up.
Liverpool wern't to bad and the Crouch effort in the first twenty minutes I thought he had scored.
Fair play to City as well, great result for them.

5pt lead if you win tonight.
I thought you'd drop points in these sorts of games and United would run away with it but no sign yet of that ever happening.
