Not convinced tbh. I don't know why he wouldn't have real money. He claims to have sold a car. Quite why you would take Paypal for a car when someone is collecting I'm not sure. If this is true, he's even more inept that he first appeared.
In other news, I may have a smallblock box for sale - what do you need?

Not sure what box is on them. Mine is an F15 I think but I'm yet to get personal with it.
Not sure what to suggest about this refund. He said he's happy to add the fees which means you could set up a Paypal account and transfer the money yourself, quicker than doing it via me because I would still have to bank trans it to you in addition to getting it out of my Paypal account.

I went to the police this morning and handed over his address and all his details including all u2u's and the bank proof of the cheque being cashed
I imagine he'll get a visit today at some point as I told them of the situation

Hes just sent me a u2u saying to send a paypal request to peedubstyling@hotmail.com so i did but nothings materialised as yet n im nt sure this is even his email cos its not the one hes sending abusive emails to me from. Now I've finished work I have spoken to the police who have relayed the message to his local constabulary.
this is the u2u I got from Paul, with my reply also, this was what the police suggested

Get it sorted now, or the next contact we have will be through the police,
they already have all the evidence but I have given you 3days to sort it, money comes to my door in 72hours or the police act, and they have more than enough evidence to charge you with recieving money by deception, and they won't listen to bullshit excuses, they will want proof
your call, sort it out now, or risk it with the law.
And thats all I'm going to say on the matter, you've pissed me off greatly, and to be honest I just think your chancing you hand.

Ive sent him a paypal request this afternoon so am waiting for him to respond. Il give him a couple o days then il b following ShEp to the local plod station round corner
