pipe lagging stops condensation forming so the fluids dont freeze at low temp.The fact its reflective as you call it is bollocks as its a breathable compound its coated in to enable air to circulate and dry up moisture so not to have water and cold air freezing inside the pipe you fucking retard.As its breathable it lets warm and cold air circulate but not moisture due to the molecular structure the compound is made up of.Id get the right stuff for the job you bellend as the stuff youve put on that is doing fuck all as it doesnt carry fluids.Lesson concluded!
