...
tbh id rather trust warren and robin. if the f13 is suitable a f-15 should be better and a gearbox change is nothing

f13 and f15 have same internals
the fxx means nothing
untill you turbo it or rev to over 9k it will be fine.

i though the 2 numbers related directly to how much torque they could take
F13 - 130
F15 - 150

all bollocks though, so a F10 can only take 100lb/ft!
so f15 can take 150 - explain hows that when they use the same internals

The number is intended as a Continuous NM torque rating.
The internals to vary on different boxes the number on the side explains the differences..
Digits 7-9 denote the type
Digit 10 is for various special changes, if there is a space it just means its a boggo F13.
Digit 11: W = Wide Ratio, C = Close Ratio, E = ECO Wide Ratio
Digits 12-14: Final Ratio so 394 = 3.94.

It was driveable until I changed over the steering column, need to have the barrel drilled out on the new column
Got some insurance quotes today, £321 is the best so far

a little tip with a wee bit of modifying to the flange you can fit an 1.6 manifold which means it'll match up with a standard corsa system. Or any after market system.
