i saved for months for the turbo and manifold etc. had the cash for the turbo since about may or june, so was just waiting till winter to change it. but it decided to force that change on me. almost complete though hopefully wont be too long till i can turn the key again and see what happens.

end of month maybe middle of feb it will be ready for mapping. no idea what it will do with the new hair dryer and associated parts. one of those wait and see things i guess. bigger turbo than last time, so in theory should make more power.
im more hoping for power right up to 7k or just above. last time it peaked at 6200 ish

fuel pressure reg.
not a genuine aeromotive one as sadly im just not that rich. i did actually order a genuine one but the ebay company ripped me off and never sent it. ive still not had a refund for it and ebay dont seem to care. annoyingly lost nearly 200 quid on that.
see how good the non-genuine one is i guess and maybe get a proper aeromotive one later in the year if its no good.

off the bay for 90 odd quid. only bought it as it has -6 fittings like my fuel rail does so will look a bit prettier than hose clips all over the place

I thought it was an ebay one. will that kit bolt straight on? IE all the braded hoses & unions? Did it come with the blanking plate for the fuel rail?

no doesnt come with fuel rail blanking plate. the parts would fit if you had one. jenvey fuel rail i have has -6 ends so will all connect nicely for mine.

What about on a standard fuel rail? Will i have problems to get the unions ect to fit?

you'd need a blanking plate anyway to begin with. so really only 2 of the -6 fittings would be used. one to go into the reg, then one out the bottom which would be hose clipped back onto the fuel line.
