YES, Ive found a picture

My mum had one of these when I was a kid, had it till I was about 6, I have very vivid memorys of it, roof open and it had the weirdest gear change ever, windows that opened outwards and no fan for the heater, just a flap you open like a land rover

It was a 2CV Charlston in particular, other owners used to wave at us too

My old man used to have a couple that i remember, the 1st was an Oldsmobile estate and the 2nd an oldsmobile saloon lol.

Was a right picture when we went on holiday to the west coast of scotland lol travelling all the way from leeds in an Oldsmobile with a caravan on the back, and a home made roof rack with an inflated 13ft x 6ft inflatable boat on the roof packed with diving gear and having jasper carrot/billy connely tapes blasting through the stereo and bbc r2 pmsl

Will try and find pics of the 2 cars

My Dad had loads of cars thorough work; they had to change them every 50,000 miles and at the time he was clocking up 75,000-90,000 per year. He still maintains, the best handling car he had was a Sierra XR4i; he had a few 2.0l Sierra's in a row, then had a rover 400, the old square shaped one. Then a Passat which was a bag of shit; then he had a Volvo S40 - the first one in the UK!The car that started the change of image for Volvo, it was weird, wherever we went people would be all over the car asking what it was etc. That was in 1996, N84 JRE. After that was an Audi A4 1.9TDi which he hated and changed for an X Type Jag but now he's looking at either a Jag XF or a Discovery 3.

Mum's first car when I was 1 was a B Reg Escort, then she had a VW Polo Genesis which she crashed, then a Volvo 440 which she crashed twice; then a black Hyundai coupe which someone crashed into; then a silver Hyundai coupe which someone stole; then an Audi A3 which I've just bought off her now she has a new Hyundai Coupe

picked out a select few that i quite liked from when i was younger

golf GT TDI - very comfy, quite fast, cant go wrong with a golf, my mum's had about 5 lol

Audi S2 - mum had it in red, was the dogs bollocks of hot hatches at the time.

Mini cooper S - mums new car. ino what some people will say about them but its comfortable to drive, has got alot of punch to it and i just really like it

and my personal fave. dad got this brand new. i never wanted to get out of it. was the fastest thing ive ever been in. brings back alot of memories until some badger broke into the house and stole the keys. it was found burnt out in halifax 2 days later

E36 BMW M3, estoril blue
