It shouldn't happen at all to somebody who works in it security.

It shouldn't happen to anybody to anybody at all when somebody that's just added you on msn is asking where your mum is from or how to name their pet.

You really think a coffee that could post on a forum would be stupid enough to give his password details out?

i guess everyone on here who has been hacked has put there postcode up at some point?

ps - once you get into hotmail you can change passwords for almost anything

well ive tried and tried when my password expired (72 days expiry thingy majiggy) and couldnt remember what it was managed to get into secruity questions but i put random crap for everything. So still cant get in to this day. Also what is that "Send password to my e-mail address" all about? It doesnt make sense because you can't get into e-mails in the first place to view it. (even though it says you can somehow) .

P.S Shouldn't this be in Geek Day

I think it gives you a box to put an alternate email in

Everyone should have a pop3 email address whether you use it or not

I only register on forums with my Hotmail

Anything important I use the POP3.

Then when you get a PayPal email asking you to update your details on your Hotmail account, it's obviously fake. Even more obviously fake than it already is.
