If car finance counts probably 15k. If not then 1k.
The 1k debt I have is stuff I've bought on 12 months interest free credit, have enough to pay it off in one go but seems daft to pass up on 12 months free credit!

I'm 2.5k in debt, all interest free, combo fo balance transfers, 0% credit and owing parents a couple of hundred. Half of it is student over draft and other half is spending 4 months in Ibiza doing no work apart from deciding what nights to go to. Don't regret it one bit. although it takes ages to pay off and i'm proper ready for a new car now so no doubt when it is paid off i'll be bumping it back up as much as i'd rather not, I also want a bit of life whilst in the prime years.
I have a student loan too but just see that as another tax out of the wage.

10k Left on loan, which paid for the car.
1k on CC.
2k savings. Dont want to use savings to pay CC off just yet as have 0% on that until next year, nice to have the savings to fall back on. Only put insurance on the CC when i dont have the savings!.

surprised not many people have said large amounts for student loan? guess they either lived at home or didn't go.
I got a scary amount, about £15,495... in student loan.
Basically took 3k for 3 years and 2k for 1 year and the rest is interest that's grown on top basically
each year at the mo I'm gaining nearly £800 on top. well i was, can't wait for the interest to go right down.
I plan on paying off the minimum for a while now i'm working, then once i have a few luxuries (like new car) start paying more of it off.
Thing is, if you went to uni and lived at uni (not at home for free), then you got like 1.5k for fees, 3.6k for accomidation and then about 3k for 'living' ... then plus other things 'cars / fuel / mods / hobbies'.
Oh well, i'm quite happy though. I don't regret anything, had a fantastic time at uni, really enjoyed travelling and now have a job (I wouldn't of got without my uni degree) - so worthwhile debt.

I am a student, but wouldnt personally count student loans as debt? Anything student related is £18k () but it will never get paid off hopefully, and if it does at the rate of £3 a week or summat silly.
I havent used my student overdraft, infact Im £500 in credit, pay day next week but I will be putting money towards a bike in the coming days no doubt, and motorcycle clothing, and insurance and all that shit so bank will take a big hit, will have to get some sundays in to pay for it all
Other than that, no other debts to pay for, apart from £75 on my credit card, think that was the fortnight Tesco shop though

My student loan is approximately £18k, as I am just about to finish a four year course.
I also currently owe around £200 on my credit card, which I will pay next time my bill comes in.

Danny, it seems you were one of the ones who, like me, didn't properly look into a student loan when you took one out.
When we chose one around 3 or 4 years ago, the interest rate was approximately 1% IIRC. However, as of last year it was more like 4.5%, although this has currently dropped again due to the BoE base rate cut.
Unfortunately, it won't be anything like £3 a week - I have two mates who graduated last year and are currently earning circa £23k - they are each paying around £100 a month in student loan repayments.
