Work will be in Central Leeds-ish. Two bedroom but one would be used as a study probably, not bothered if furnished or not. You don't have to look its ok, just wondering where's decent and where isn't

Ish? Do you know what side of leeds? Are you looking at wakefield area then? There's some nice parts of wakefield, thorpe on the hill is quite nice, and lofthouse, ossett has some nice parts too, but if you want to be closer to leeds morley is nice in most parts, churwell is nice too.

My brother used to live in Lofthouse, so sort of know that area.
