Breakfast: Cherios n milk
Lunch: Lasagne ready meal
Dinner: uncle bens sweat n sour chicken with brown rice

also had 3 coffees throughout the day and a pint of robinsons summer fruit n barley with my meals.

I had today...
Bowl of crunchy nut corn flakes
sandwich with cheese, gammon, lettuce, mayo, butter, black pepper.
Stuffed pasta and carbonara sauce meant for 3 people.
