Incidentally, I couldn't get the road car I want for 180k, so it would have to be a nice Evolution spec Grp B car, or a loony spec Grp A RS500, or a well specced WRC Excort, or an ex F1 car.

How can you call that ugly!

And as for the price difference lets see...

The F355 - A 3.5L V8 with 375bhp which does 0-60 in about 4.7? Also weighs 1444kg and can do about 180mph. It also came out way back in 1994...

The Scuderia - A 4.3L V8 with 508BHP with a 0-60 of 3.1sec and a top speed of 198MPH Not to mention being super light weight at 1250kg with lots of carbon, and it has a new transmition system, computer software, new traction control system etc meaning it goes very very well on track!

I know what id rather have

Would have preferred the 39 but if I'm on a budget the 37 will do.

Put it on 'red' and buy this with the winnings

If I had to follow your 'newish' rules ( ) i'd buy this (and give them the rest of the money for when it breaks):

Joe Macari sells some amazing cars, I remember watching him compete in one of the Gumball races a few years back.

Fact of the day..

See that STUNNING red colour Alfa do. It truely is lovely. Makes all their cars look super stunning, made the missy want to buy one....

So how much is that paint code, thats on ALL the cars in your Alfa tent at Goodwood...

"its not an option"

So let me get this right, this paint colour, which is lovely, makes all your range look stunning, is not an option and you won't paint cars this colour red, even if its an extra cost option

"that is correct sir"

The amount of people who would ahve bought a car, but won't because Alfa won't do that paint job. Stupid italian badgers.

I'd probably spend about £100,000 on a luxury mobile caravan thingy like they have in the states, then spend the remaining £80,000 on some top notch hoe's and a chauffer. Should have at least a month's worth of fun then.
