My mum was moaning the other day because she had one of those Picnic chocolate bar things, thinking it'd be at least a bit healthy with fruit and nuts in, but it was over 400 calories So I said I had a Crunchie, and she said ooooh that's not good for you, turns out it has about 180 calories

my dinner was the equivilent to 19 weight watcher points and the daily amount allowed is 24
edit: it really is suprising what you find out when reading calories and work out weight watcher points (girl at work has got us addicted to working them out now)
but a nutra grain bar is worse than a bag of watsits.

Tbh I'm one of those people everyone hates who eats like a horse then doesn't put on any weight  My dad was the same My mum randomly found an old pic the other day and showed me.
I know people who used to be on weightwatchers, they knew the point value of EVERYTHING
