Trainings getting such a bad name know isnt it, thanks to these idiots.

Its usually a negative reaction I get these days although im very lean right now and plan to stay that day. Had enough of mass monster days, its just too much tbh.

Nath not been a great year for me mate, made redundant and split from the missus all in the same week earlier this year. Things are getting better though, we you get knocked down youve just got to get straight back up Rocky Balboa style
