Few bits to show,
first off I popped up to T. Sparks for these the rings that go around the heater vents. I didn't want the chrome ones as they look tacky but these have a slight brushed effect to them which I am going to try and emphasise with a bit of wet n dry paper
Also picked up a rear FR valance from him, which looks the same as the standard one, but has a proper cut out for an exhaust, it will be colour coded before fitting
Also on the subject of colour coding, I got some new door rub-strips which will go red too
I have ordered some Weitec coilovers so I bought some new top mounts and bearings to go on at the same time
If it all goes to plan, I will fit the coilovers on Weds

Looking good.
Unfortunately, the only proper way to stop them coming off is to replace them

Email dave at Sere motors ( hawthornedb@yahoo.co.uk ), he's the cheapest dealer in the UK, he quoted me around £18 a few months ago, but I got mine off a mate

So coilovers went on yesterday with the help from a mate. All went on nice and easy, no seized bolts, shocks came out the hubs relatively easy too, all we used was a screw driver to open the hub up!

That's quite a difference in spring length
Not all that keen on the wheels, but various plans sound good

Wheels were just a temp measure, don't like the wheels but it neatened them up a bit.
I want the back lower too! At the current height I can get over speedhumps fine

Think Im going to get some BBS LM reps, for a year or 2 then find some really special rims
Some of the Snap Day viewers may have seen a shop scaron did for me, well here it is,
Im not sure if to keep bump strips or not

Some more pics now it is lowered, although I'm not happy with the stance so Im looking to go to some 17" wheels
Also finally got round to doing a bit more audio work, got the rear speakers in and wired up
and the connector which I trimmed a tad to fit on my amp properly

without sounding bad you have just put me off lowering mine which tbh i thank you for .
you REALLY REALLY need to space out the rear wheels the back just looks shit when its lowered imo.

ibiza's imo just look crap when lowered (the back end mainly) just looks awful unless the wheels are spaced out but even spaced out i dont think they look good, but i was toying with the idea of lowering mine to try and pursuade me to keep it a bit longer but seeing those pics (no offence) has just reminded me why i never lowered it before now.

More updates!
312mm calipers and carriers turned up on Friday, they have pads with them too which is a bonus!
I painted my rear calipers too, from
to
Also fitted the boost gauge I've had for a while, was literally a plug and play job as Adam even gave me the boost pipe!
