Thanks to jr and Willay for the organisation.
As has been said i'm glad it went on as otherwise I would have been driving round thinking everything was ok, when obviously it wasn't as it only made 213 bhp.
Thanks to Warren and Ollie for the suggestions of not taking it just to Vauxhall as they wouldn't be able to diagnose it, but to take it to Thorney Motorsport where they will be able to diagnose it correctly and still be able to repair it under warranty.

Engine mods are: Magnex cat back system, GMC 4-1 manifold, raceland induction kit. Possibly ecu chip as it revs way past 7000rpm

140.8bhp and 126lbft

That sounds fucking good Gav. I told you very early on into you buying this that you'd fall for it It may not be built as well as the Civic, but even with that power you'd be all over one.

Edit: Oh, and when I had my XSi 16v I went in search of the limiter and found it at about 7500rpm and the engine was bog standard!

Hiya peps!

I'm new to this site, I was only told about this today down at Torque of the Devil.

I only live down the road, and I poped by to see what was happening.

Was nice to see the VXR's on the RR, and the Focus... nice! The white VXR..... wow!!!!

What did the Focus do in the end? I missed it! I wanted to compare it to the Volvo T5 that was in there first thing! Simular power? Aren't they the same engine?

Anyways! Well done you lot, good day! Excellent site btw!

164.8bhp, he's from round Harlow.

As for who asked about standard cars,
mine was the blue Focus, standard apart from air filter and plug leads and made 10bhp less than should have left factory with.

Not quite 34bhp

It made 213bhp and they are 237bhp standard so 24bhp down, what I did notice that when mine was on a standard map it was running 15psi where as Stockers only held 13psi so could be a boost control solenoid gone.

theyre not expensive though? i cant remember how much it was. 20 quid or something. just annoying as i could hold a massive 10psi only.

have seen a few vxr's on the rollers run low power compared to standard. they suffer massively from heat soak on a rolling road apparantly? same with vectra vxr. corsa vxr seem to cope fine.

Yeah just checked the blokes facebook who used to own it and seen he'd sold it less power than i'd heard it was running when old owner had it. Was run on regals rollers though.

Na not expensive, just rubbish as they don't tend to throw up codes, just stop up working.

Astras are useless on the rollers, the only way to get good results is massive fans which is what Thorney has or go to Regal to satisfy your pub talk requirements.
