Right to roam means that the public can stroll around wherever the like all over a farmers land. Usually littering, damaging fences and hedges and leaving gates open in the process.

Its sad isnt it Just so some woolly hat'ed ramble-freaks can have a sunday stroll.
We have dog walkers dismantling parts of our fences because they're too fat and unfit to climb over from the boundary road on our farm Ramblers are on another level though, stroll around like they own the fucking place

I have a solid wooden mace in my room that i bought in Ukraine.

It looks like this:

But as DaveyLC says, it needs to be something close to hand so you're best off keeping a knife and fork in your bedroom.

Unfortuantely for the burgular, you were having a steak dinner in your bedroom that night.

Right to roam isnt quite that bad, cant remember how it works exactly but our 30ish acres is private and anyone caught on it has too leave, but even then it isnt a criminal offence.

Perhaps spend more time and effort securing your homes rather then getting tooled up

If a burgular or group of men come into your house at night they are all going to be buzzing on adrenaline... you will be in your caks half asleep... do the math.

You might as well hide your missus in the wardrobe, squirt some lube up your ass and present yourself up the top of the stairs... just take it for your familys sake.

All very good most of you having your knifes/bats/clubs etc.

But 99% of you would never use them. Lets be honest youd shit a brick, let alone say to yourself "right , best grab that machete and plunge it into this cunt"

And if the junky little bastard whos robbing our house manages to get your weapon off you - youre fucked.

It's in your best interest not to pretend to be the hard man if you're being robbed.

Who here has kids? What action would the people of this thread take if they thought for one minute that their kids and wife/partner may be in danger, and you have the weaponry or power to prevent this?
