they seem to carry bigger price tag though and thats what puts me off
i do prefer the 106 gti because they seem more exclusive if you know what i mean.
and they dont carry the saxo brap brap reputation as much

FFS what a bunch of cocks some of you are on here! Virtually a whole page of utter shite as per usual. Wish I'd never bothered to say how much I paid, none of your business anyway tbh, and it was stated in Phil's End of an Era thread

This is the first large amount of money I've drawn from my business (ie. any form of wage) since I started near enough 2 years ago, so am happy to have paid that much for it. I know virtually everything about this car from day 1 as have always been speaking to Phil about it and followed the build all the way. It also works out cheaper than buying a standard one and modifying it to the spec and standard of this one. Would also rather own this over near enough anything French tbh. Oh, and I already have 3 or 4 people saying they will be very interested in buying it off me when I come to sell it!

Alex - I thought that seat had a funny smell Will all be coming out in the warmer months for a full shampoo anyway lol.

Sorry if I've messed up your thread in anyway Rich, I really got my back up about this one because I know the hard work and effort that has gone into the car which I have been following since I joined in 06!

When you think about it a few parts of the car could take you past 2k alone, imo its an absolute bargain and a very very nice car (minus the wheels sorry rich)
