That's the thing though, he seems fine and if he isn't lying and is legit his organisation skills is so bad, he is still in contact and "leading" me to believe that the parts are still on the way

My advice would be to do this properly now and open up a thread in disputes in the classifieds section.

No point making this thread pages & pages as it's on the wrong place.

Create a thread, post a link in here, all get posting your horror stories in it

Hasn't he made refunds? If so, then he's not exactly in it to make money out of anyone.
