What I might do is, when I ring up to discuss the payment options I may ask if they can give me a reference number so you guys can ring up and pay your deposits straight to them, rather than giving me all the money and me giving it to them, that would probably work better.

well danny fella the guys over on 106oc don it at extreme karting and they advertised it on there website so dont know if you could book it for the 106 oc day on there but surely u can phone up get a day and get deposits and pay the rest on the day or sumthing liek that?

Yeah that's what will happen, pay a deposit and the rest on the day. With so many people coming it would be easier for everyone to pay the deposits direct.
