If it were me i would keep the bad points listed if it genuinly is the only thing that lets the car down.
Potential buyers will more than likely ask anyway even if its in the add. Then you can reply saying that they are the only faults and its been looked after(pressuming it has).
Yes they are silly minor flaws, but not listing them could still put any buyer off when they ring up or come to look at it.They are going to wonder what else you are maybe hiding.
End of the day,its not an old car worth £1k where these flaws would be expected.Your asking alot of money,be truthfull.
Honesty is the best policy when it comes to selling a car.

i'm 21 mate, 3 NCB with 2 non fault accidents and lowering springs declared it's £1077 with greenlight insurance.
they are nice cars. very comfortable and the 6th gear helps loads on motorways or just driving around town at 30mph keeping noise to a minimum.
will miss it when it's gone, won't miss the tyre or petrol bills though

minus the finance payments:
i spend about 30 quid a week going to work and back which is less than 100 miles per week.
usually do about 50 quid a week though if i go out somewhere.
as i said before, 20mpg around town, 30mpg on a run.
i have seen 38mpg before, driving like a granny.
tyres are 100 quid each average and will last about 6000 miles on the fronts.

mixture tbh.
the standard set got ruined after i lowered the car because the wheel alignment was out.
6k miles seems about the going rate for these cars. any more and you're driving like a granny or doing motorway commutes.

Much prefer these facelift versions. Nice car you have Ben. Sounds like its a money pit to run day to day though. Would a vxr astra be much the same cost wise?

it's in my garage at the moment, still driving the st until it sells.
but it feels nice to drive. totally different as i'm used to low down torque and being lazy but it does feel good having a nice handling n/a car with vvt.
interior is hard work getting used to. i'm 6 ft and feel a giant inside. the focus has loads of room and the interior is well made. puma looks a bit dated inside but thats to be expected.
probably going to keep it standard with regards to engine/suspension mods, although we'll see how long that lasts
