Matt le Tissier is just saying Liverpool have conned the ref to get that free kick

Come on West Ham! Awesome free kick from Diamanti, and deserved the win, hopefully ease a bit of pressure down there now!

the last free kick was from kuyt getting "fouled" wasn't it?
And I guess no-one saw the handball from Fabregas on the free kick?
I'm a west ham fan, and know gerrard cheats, but that was a handball by fabregas on the edge of the area

It was for the "foul" on gerrard..thats why the free kick was pushed back. Yep Cesc handballed it but it shouldn't have been a free kick anyway.

oh fair enough, was watching it on mute, assumed that the gerrard dive was ignored and the foul on kuyt, which looked debatable was the free kick? Fair enough, i retract my comment

He only blew up when Kuyt was fouled, so think it was for that. Gray seemed to agree it was.
Either way, game actually went how I thought it was going to. We tried to defend as zero attackers. Did well. They grabbed a good goal. We attacked some but have no one of any real quality there. Couldnt score.
I said we wouldnt get a result and was right.

I've given up and just keeping an eye on SSN, nothing I try works
The one I sent you gave up shortly after I sent it you, found a quality one for the second half. Really good picture and didn't cut out once. No idea where I found it though.

United and Chelsea's nest fixtures:
Wolves v Chelsea
Everton v United
Something tells me Chelsea will win and that and Everton will get something out of the game

Pity we couldn't have picked up a point or two in the Man u/Chelski games!

Aye, you could of been clear at the top tonight.
I'll tell you what though, you're lucky we were so shite in attack tonight, as we had the space to do something against you just not the players.

Poor performances against the big 2 but as I keep telling people, we don't have to beat or outclass either Chelski or Man Utd to win the title! If they continue to slip up against other sides as they have done throughout the season thebn hopefully we can pick up the points as we did following our last maulign to Chelsea! We aren't in a good position right now but at least we know where we stand for the rest of the seaosn with only Man City at home and Spurs away as big games to play followign what needs to be a strong victoy against Liverpool on Weds!
This tbh
As said, 2 poor performances againt the top 2 but we didnt need to win them... if we can keep pickign up results along the way then we are still in the hunt, we have all our big game sout the way save spurs away and man city at home so just gotta be consistant agabnst the "lesser" teams
Fantastic night for us, obv cant comment on the performance but seemed ok-ish so need to build on that now... put some clear air between ourselves and liverpool/spurs/villa/city and within 5/6 of the top 2

I would have been happy with 6 points... not so happy with 4 but could have been worse

I dont think it will be enough for you to win, or even be in the race, for the league. Which is a shame as out of the 3 of you Id prefer Arsenal to win it.

Oh no I still dont see us winnign it but if we can keep up a sustained effort then it will be pleasing
we got comfortable taken apart at home by Chelski and Utd altho we didnt sound as bad at Chelski (without ever really theatening by the sounds fo things) and we dominated Utd at OT despite comign away with nil pois so not as bad as is often made out... i expect to see an article form mcnulty tomorrow sayign how we are still in it etc
