For lunch I had poncey bread with the non-dairy spread, humous and peppers and a porition of mango.

It was nice but the spread is completely taste free! About the only thing that had any flavour was the humous lol!

Last night I made myself a Aubergine curry and lemon rice, served it up with a ghee-free naan, was pretty bloody nice actually!

I gave the dairy-free coffee mate a try yesterday too, VILE!

Feel starving this morning!

dude, i did mention this.... quorn isn't vegan.

oh, and some beers and wines aren't too

Well I went nearly 6 days with no meat or dairy..

Had some meat on sunday and had some cake on sat ..

Still feel brilliant for it and my skin is looking amazing, normally have a bit of dry skin on my hands but its totally cleared up!

I must be slightly lactose intollerant and I never knew?

I reckon I could do this, but I'd need to remove every trace of meat dairy products from the house

I'm gonna eat meat every now and then but I think I'm actually slightly lactose intollerant and apparently 70% of adults become lactose intollerant. It would explain a lot of things too

Thankfully rice milk and Vegetable oil spread are pretty nice though.
